Ingredients
- 2 ozBourbon
- ¾ ozRhubarb syrup
- ¾ ozFresh lemon juice
- 4-5 Fresh mint leaves
Method
- 1.Gently muddle mint leaves in a shaker
- 2.Add bourbon, rhubarb syrup, and lemon juice
- 3.Fill with ice and shake hard for 10-15 seconds
- 4.Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice
