Tequila, Aperol, and ginger — the brunch upgrade
A bright, ginger-spiced sour built on blanco tequila and Aperol. The ginger syrup adds warmth and bite, lemon keeps it crisp, and Aperol's bittersweet orange ties it all together. Easy to make, easier to drink.

Ingredients
- 2 ozBlanco tequila
- 1 ozAperol
- ½ ozFresh lemon juice
- ½ ozGinger syrup
Method
- 1.Combine tequila, Aperol, lemon juice, and ginger syrup in a shaker
- 2.Fill with ice and shake hard for 10-15 seconds
- 3.Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
- 4.Garnish with a lemon peel and a slice of candied ginger
